Nature & Eco-Arts: A Month of Grounding, Creativity, and Reflection is a gentle, accessible journal designed to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and creative expression through land-based art therapy practices.
This month-long booklet combines nature connection, mindfulness, and art-making into a supportive daily routine. Participants are invited to slow down, notice their bodies and surroundings, and reflect on their creative experiences in ways that feel safe and meaningful.
Inside, users will find:
Guided sit-spot meditations to encourage grounding in nature
Body scan art pages to explore physical and emotional awareness through colour
Daily self check-ins to track energy, mood, and regulation
Art reflection pages that honour both strengths and support needs
Simple, repetitive layouts that promote routine and accessibility
All activities are trauma-informed, person-centred, and adaptable for a wide range of learning styles, communication abilities, and mobility needs. Writing is always optional, and visual expression is encouraged.
This journal supports participants in developing self-regulation skills, confidence, and connection to land, community, and creativity. It also provides facilitators with meaningful insight into engagement, therapeutic deliverables, and individual growth.
Nature & Eco-Arts is more than a workbook—it is a companion for mindful living, creative exploration, and compassionate self-understanding.
